Job Title : Sports Marketing & Business Development Manager

Location : Noida

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sports Marketing & Business Development professional working with Sports franchises, have managed players / athletes, activations, tournaments etc. to drive marketing initiatives, manage sports events, and engage with athletes and franchises. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tournaments, franchise management, athlete engagement, and sports-related brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and manage sports tournaments, leagues, and franchise events.
Develop strategic relationships with athletes, coaches, academies, and corporate partners.
Manage athlete endorsements, sponsorship activations, and engagement campaigns.
Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives for sports programs, merchandise, or services.
Oversee event logistics, budgeting, marketing collateral creation, and promotion strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless event execution.
Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations for tournaments and sponsorships.

Preferred :

Experience in managing high-profile sporting events or leagues.

Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer management in sports.
