Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Sterling B2B Integrator with a minimum of 7+ years of professional experience, and a proven track record of 5- 12 years in EDI integration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep and extensive knowledge of the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform and its various components. This role requires an expert who can design, implement, and support complex B2B integration solutions, perform system administration, and provide round-the-clock support to ensure system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
B2B Integration & Development :
- Design, implement, and support B2B integration solutions using the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform.
- You will work with various B2B protocols, including EDI (X12, EDIFACT), AS2, and SFTP, and ensure seamless data exchange between partners.
System Administration & Maintenance :
Perform critical administrative activities for the Sterling Business Integrator, such as starting and stopping services on a Linux environment.You will be a key resource for performance tuning, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.Technical Support & Uptime :
Provide 24 / 7 support on a swift rotation basis, ensuring the uptime and reliability of the integration platform.You will use your strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.Collaboration & Documentation :
Work effectively with team members and other stakeholders, communicating technical information clearly.You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and configurations.Required Skills & Qualifications :
7+ years of total experience, with 5- 12 years specifically in EDI integration.Extensive, hands-on knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and its components.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting B2B integration solutions.Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system diagnostics.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.Experience in providing 24 / 7 support on a rotation basis.Preferred Skills :
Experience with other IBM Sterling products, such as Sterling File Gateway or Sterling Secure Proxy.Knowledge of other integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI / PO).Proficiency in Shell scripting or other scripting languages for automation.A strong understanding of various EDI standards and their application.Experience with database management (DB2, Oracle).Relevant certifications in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.(ref : hirist.tech)
