Job description

Responsibilities

  • Actively source and headhunt for candidates in the marine offshore, oil & gas and renewable energy sector
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations and recommend suitable candidates
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage candidates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in a headhunting or talent acquisition role
  • Goal-oriented and independently motivated
  • Able to meet deadlines and improve recruitment efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and resourcefulness
