About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, build, and optimize our ultra-low latency network infrastructure that powers high-frequency trading. In this role, you will be at the core of our technology stack—ensuring our trading systems run at peak performance, reliability, and speed. You’ll work closely with traders, developers, and system engineers, while also leading network initiatives that shape the future of our trading infrastructure.
What will you do
- Architect and maintain high-performance, low-latency networks across colocation data centers and trading environments.
- Optimize network design for minimal latency, jitter, and packet loss.
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, leveraging CCNP / CCIE expertise.
- Drive latency improvement projects including tuning multicast feeds, routing, and hardware acceleration.
- Implement network monitoring, automation, and proactive troubleshooting to ensure near-zero downtime.
- Manage exchange connectivity, colocation providers, and telecom vendors for optimal performance.
- Lead incident resolution during live trading and establish network best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise across the team.
