• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Windchill platform.
• Conduct system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, processes, and configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Windchill solutions.
