Role Description
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to handle day-to-day management of Gaysi Family’s online presence across multiple platforms. You’ll create engaging, platform-specific content, manage posts and stories, and foster authentic connections with our community on Instagram (including Broadcast), Pinterest, and YouTube.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping Gaysi Family’s digital voice, maintaining consistency across channels, and creating space for meaningful queer community building online.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation
- Conceptualise, create (shoot & edit), and publish original, high-quality content (posts, Reels, memes, stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Write compelling copy, captions, and scripts aligned with Gaysi Family’s tone and sensibility.
- Design visuals using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
- Spot and adapt social media trends relevant to our audience.
- Suggest creative ideas for growth while maintaining authenticity and integrity.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
Online Community Management

Salary : ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
Based in Mumbai and comfortable with on-site work in Khar West.
