Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operations of the AI Speakers Bureau.
• Develop strategic partnerships with conferences, corporations, and institutions.
• Coordinate and onboard AI experts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and podcast teams.
• Support the creation of proposals and communication materials.
• Assist in developing CRM systems and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare regular performance reports and updates.
