Business Development Intern

Job Title : Sales & Marketing Intern (1 each in Mumbai / Delhi)

We at V3NoVa are on a mission to amplify Vision, Voice & Vibration for leaders and organizations.

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who has prior experience in LinkedIn outreach and engagement, especially with CHROs, HR Directors, and Business Leaders.

This is not a routine internship — you’ll work directly with our core team, learn how to build real connections with HR decision-makers, and see how outreach converts into tangible impact.

What you’ll do :

Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting HR Leaders

Craft crisp & compelling outreach messages

Support in building lead pipelines and tracking responses

Collaborate with our leadership team on growth strategies

What we’re looking for :

✨ Prior exposure to LinkedIn outreach tools / campaigns

✨ Strong written communication skills (short, sharp, professional messaging)

✨ Curious, self-starter, eager to experiment and learn

✨ Interest in HRTech / Leadership / SaaS is a plus
