About the Role We are seeking a dynamic mid-level professional to spearhead fundraising for premium real estate development projects (starting with a luxury villa & plotted development near Nandi Hills). This role focuses on sourcing investors, managing relationships, preparing investment materials, and driving capital raise execution alongside the Directors.
Key Responsibilities 1. Fundraising & Investor Sourcing Identify and onboard private investors, family offices, wealth managers, sub-developers , and UHNI networks for project-level investments.
Build and manage a fundraising pipeline , including outreach, follow-ups, and conversion.
Coordinate with wealth management firms, boutique investment bankers, private equity representatives , and NRI networks.
2. Pitching & Investor Engagement Present project investment opportunities in a structured, compelling manner.
Manage end-to-end investor lifecycle : intro → evaluation → due diligence → closure.
Organize investor meetings, site visits, and virtual presentations.
3. Deal Execution & Documentation Support Directors in term sheet drafting, SPA / SSA , and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with legal, financial advisors, and external consultants.
4. Market & Financial Intelligence Research comparable transactions, investor preferences, and market funds.
Collaborate on financial models, ROI / MOIC / IRR calculations , and scenario building.
5. Brand & Outreach Support Work with marketing teams to create :
Investor pitch decks
One-pagers
WhatsApp campaigns
Email sequences
Event scripts
Ideal Candidate Profile Strong network in HNI / NRI / Family Office / Wealth Management ecosystems .
Solid understanding of real estate investments, term sheets, structured debt / mezzanine , etc.
Good communication + investor handling maturity.
Experience with private placement memorandums or real estate funds is a strong plus.
Ability to work directly with Founders / Directors and handle high-stakes discussions.
