We are hiring a Remote Upwork Bidding Expert who can help us grow through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer in a structured and systemised manner.

Role Overview

The main responsibility is to identify relevant projects, send proposals, manage bidding pipelines, and coordinate with our internal sales team to convert leads into clients. You should be familiar with how to bid in a systematic way and maintain daily records of performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Write customised proposals following our given framework
  • Maintain detailed records of bids, conversations, and outcomes
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to track conversions
  • Optimize bidding strategy based on performance
  • Submit daily and weekly reports

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working on Upwork or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience working with agencies offering services like video editing, design, marketing, or automation
  • Proven record of winning projects or generating consistent leads
  • Organized and process-driven approach to bidding
  • Familiar with CRMs or spreadsheets for tracking
