Head of AI & IoT Business Acceleration

Mandate

Own and accelerate one or more of BONbLOC’s high-value AI & IoT growth engines — and meticulously push them across the finish line with measurable business outcomes that are aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and scale AI powered business capacity — including revenue-generating AI agents, AI-driven demand engines, and category-defining delivery capabilities
• Build and commercialize strategic growth levers — such as industry-trained SLMs / LLMs, acquired capabilities, expanded IoT offerings and globally repeatable operating frameworks
• Relentlessly drive successful execution — eliminate blockers, convert resistance into progress, and do not stop until financial and operational results are delivered
• Operate at dual altitude — eyes on the horizon-feet on the ground, sleeves-rolled-up execution tracked through contribution margin, velocity, productivity, and adoption KPIs
