Job Title : Oracle Technical Support – Sales

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, particularly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues across various Oracle EBS layers, implementing effective resolutions, and managing issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot production issues across multiple Oracle EBS modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
Implement effective resolutions and manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.
Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, with a focus on Sales & Distribution modules.

Mandatory Skills :

Oracle EBS Technical Support (R12)

Oracle Forms & Reports

PL / SQL Development

Desirable Skills :

Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules.

Relevant Module Experience :

Order Management (OM)

Advanced Pricing

Shipping Execution

Inventory (INV)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
