Qubryx - Lead Full Stack Developer - Node.js / MongoDB / Javascript

Job Description :

Qubryx, a US based Product Consulting and Development company, is looking for an analytical, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Full-stack lead developers to work on client and company web-based products.

What you'll need to be considered (Required) :

• Overall 10+ years total work experience in full cycle software development projects
• 3+ years as Tech Lead
• Minimum of 2 software applications that you designed and developed from scratch
• Expert JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js
• Strong No-SQL MongoDB designing and querying skills
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with SQL Server and Postgres
• Strong AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway experience
• Front end UI Frameworks and libraries such as React, React Native
• Experience in Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, project planning, estimation and product feature management
• Experience managing teams of developers through design, architecture, code reviews and overall technical guidance
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team, self starting and self learning abilities
• Excellent problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
• A strong team player who exhibits a positive energy and is able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment
• Codes new features and troubleshoot problems, and determine areas that need improvement
• Closely communicate with the other team members offshore and onsite
