Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure swift closures across functions. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for talent, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a sense of urgency in hiring for a high-growth business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business priorities and deliver on hiring goals with speed and accuracy.
Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless interview experience.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts with attention to both candidate expectations and internal equity.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.
Represent the Caresmith employer brand with authenticity and energy in every candidate interaction.

Desired Profile

2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or high-paced consumer or D2C environment.

Proven success in closing roles quickly and effectively across diverse functions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.

Ability to work independently and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.

A driven, target-oriented mindset with a natural flair for networking and persuasion.
