Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director to support day-to-day operations, transactions, and strategic initiatives within our Real Estate and Industrial Park business. The EA will act as the right hand to the Director, ensuring operational efficiency, timely execution of projects, and smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Skill

Education : B.E. / B.Tech from a reputed / premium institute (IIT, NIT, or equivalent). Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, industrial parks, consulting, or operations. Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities. High level of discretion, ownership, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools is a plus.
