Role & Responsibilities :
- Accurately report all incidents to senior managers.
- Prevent and detect offenses on-site.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance / recording systems.
- Manage the lost and found in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Use correct radio voice procedure for communication.
- Liaise with emergency services (police, ambulance, fire service) to resolve incidents.
- Ensure unauthorized personnel do not enter restricted areas.
- Answer queries from visitors to the shopping centre.
- Collect statements and evidence related to reported allegations.
- Accurately update administrative records and report sheets.
- Carry out routine inspections of stores and the car park.
