As a Performance Test Engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will :
- Design and implement performance test strategies and frameworks across products and services
- Develop and execute performance, load, volume, stress, and endurance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
- Author and maintain complex test scripts using JavaScript, Groovy, or other supported scripting languages
- Build and maintain performance pipelines integrated with CI / CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Git
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to analyse bottlenecks, and help optimize system performance
- Perform monitoring using profiling tools (AppInsights, Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.)
- Work with business to define performance SLAs and KPIs, baseline the results, track them over builds, and provide insights
- Run, analyse, baseline and report performance test results

Must-Have Experience :
4-6+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineeringStrong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, processes tools & systemsStrong proficiency in JMeter and / or LoadRunner or any other performance testing toolScripting experience in JavaScript or GroovyExperience in building automated performance test pipelines within CI / CD environmentsProven ability to analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning solutionsFamiliarity with cloud performance testing (Azure, AWS)Deep understanding of performance engineering conceptsHands-on experience with app monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, App Insights etc.Hands-on experience in scripting, execution, analysis of performance execution results and reporting, establishing performance baselines and regressionTechnical Skills :
