Roles and responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head - Non-IT Permanent Hiring to lead and scale for Assort 1 Corp, Non IT vertical.
  • This is a leadership role that requires Business Development , Sales, client relationship, Delivery, Billing, strong P&L ownership, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep knowledge of the Perm ecosystem.
  • The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction, team performance, and profitable growth while ensuring compliance and delivery across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the Perm business Domestic & Overseas across sectors like FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Health care, EPC etc.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs and HR heads.
  • Lead P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Drive high-quality talent acquisition, onboarding, and deployment strategies.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, client SLAs, and audit standards.
  • Lead and mentor a pan-India team of managers and functional heads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, HR, finance, and tech teams.
  • Drive data-led decisions through dashboards, forecasts, and reporting tools.

    • Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry.
  • Proven experience handling a business unit or P&L with high revenue accountability.
  • Deep understanding of labour laws, payroll, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent team leadership, client management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Bachelors degree is a must; MBA preferred
