Job description

Description : Must have :

3 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer
Strong understanding of Spring and Hibernate
Proficiency in SQL, preferably Oracle (PL / SQL, query optimization, indexing)
Proficiency in Linux
Knowledge of GIT version control
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Good to have :

Familiarity with REST API development and integration

Key role and responsibilities :

Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based full stack applications

Write clean, efficient, and optimized code using Spring, Hibernate, and Java best practices

Design and implement database queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning in Oracle

Participate in the development of REST APIs and integrate them with front-end components

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the application stack

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions

Work in an Agile / Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings

Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, proposing optimizations, and enhancing existing functionality
