Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with strong expertise in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) , Recruiting Management (RCM) , and Employee Central (EC) . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations , integrations, and support activities — ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and align solutions with business goals.
• Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC modules for efficient data flow and process consistency.
• Design and configure onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC .
• Conduct client workshops , end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases , applying best practices and innovations.
• Work collaboratively with HR, IT, and vendor teams in global project environments.

Requirements

minimum 3 years in Onboarding 2.0 .

RCM or EC certifications are a plus.
