Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Customer Promise Vision : Define and deliver on the “best attainable promise” by improving accuracy, reliability, and speed of commitment while optimizing labor and cost.
• Slot Management : Lead product initiatives to improve slot availability, demand shaping, and intelligent allocation across markets.
• Collaboration with Data Science & Engineering : Work with DS teams to build, test, and optimize ML / AI models for demand forecasting, labor management, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap informed by customer needs, research insights, and business priorities.
• Insights & Decision-Making : Analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and present findings with compelling visualizations to influence senior stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence : Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring dependencies across systems and initiatives are accounted for.
• Cross-Functional Partnership : Drive alignment and delivery across Ops, Merchandising, Technology, and Corporate Strategy teams.
• Operate in Ambiguity : Identify opportunities in uncertain problem spaces and translate them into clear, actionable initiatives.
• Operational Responsibilities : Writing user stories as a part of the product development lifecycle that :
• Directly support primary objectives of the project
