Role Overview
As a Web Analyst , you’ll be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing website and campaign performance. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure tracking accuracy, improve conversion funnels, and build insightful dashboards that guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Tracking & Implementation
- Set up and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) , GA4 , and other analytics tools.
- Manage event tagging, conversion tracking, and cross-domain setup.
- Implement and validate pixels and server-side tracking (Meta, Google Ads, , TikTok, etc.).
Reporting & Insights
Create and automate dashboards in Looker Studio , Tableau , or Power BI .Monitor KPIs across traffic, engagement, and conversions for all campaigns.Conduct funnel, cohort, and attribution analysis to identify optimization opportunities.Present findings with actionable insights to internal teams and clients.Optimization & Experimentation
Collaborate with UX and paid media teams to test landing pages, creative, and messaging.Analyze A / B tests , user flows, and conversion drop-offs using tools like Hotjar , Microsoft Clarity , or FullStory .Recommend CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve performance.Collaboration
Partner with SEO, Ads, and Social teams to unify reporting and ensure data integrity.Work with developers to troubleshoot tracking issues and implement new tags.Assist client success teams with quarterly business reviews by supplying data stories and ROI visuals.Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience as a Web Analyst / Digital Analyst in a marketing agency or similar environment.Hands-on expertise in GA4 , Google Tag Manager , Google Ads conversion tracking , and Meta Pixel .Strong skills in Looker Studio , Excel / Sheets , and data visualization.Experience with A / B testing , funnel analysis , and conversion optimization .Familiarity with SQL , UTM tracking , and data validation is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating CRM data (HubSpot, Patch) into reporting.Understanding of server-side tagging and data compliance (GDPR, CCPA).Prior work with multi-location or franchise businesses .Why Join Us
