About the role

Help us identify world-class engineers.

At Smart Working, we're hiring a Technical Evaluator to assess candidates across Front-End, Back-End, and QA pipelines, from QA engineers to senior engineers. You'll review coding challenges, evaluate technical interviews, and ensure our assessment process consistently identifies top talent. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coding and architectural expertise, combined with structured evaluation skills and collaboration across recruitment and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and score coding challenges across Front-End, Back-End, and QA
• Conduct technical interviews for engineers and senior engineers, documenting clear and structured feedback
• Calibrate assessments with consistent scoring guidelines and benchmarks
• Evaluate code quality, scalability, and maintainability with an architectural perspective
• Collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams to align candidate quality with project needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining tests, frameworks, and evaluation criteria
