About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building end-to-end products the right way — with structure, clarity, and craftsmanship.

You will work directly on the design and development of scalable, high-performance web services, client applications, while also carrying out development of the product frontend as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply curious, technically strong, and driven by a growth mindset.

We believe in doing things systematically with intent, not by trial and error, and give you the autonomy and responsibility to make a significant impact on our product and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs and microservices using Python (Flask / FastAPI) .
• Contribute to C++-based client components , ensuring performance and reliability.
• Make enhancements or fixes on Angular based frontend codebases (basic frontend familiarity expected that call allow you to navigate and contribute to code, not deep expertise).
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker .
• Propose and participate in architecture discussions and ensure best practices in design, performance, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern software engineering principles.
• Work in agile, collaborative teams — participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Bring structured thinking, curiosity, and resilience to problem-solving and delivery.
