Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute export and domestic dispatches, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare, track, and reconcile Job Work Challans for goods sent to and received from job workers.
• Handle shipments under GR Waiver (temporary and permanent exports) with proper documentation and coordination with customs authorities.
• Manage re-import of shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and GST regulations.
• Oversee scrap sales dispatches, ensuring proper documentation and accounting compliance.
• Conduct periodic review of dispatch-related General Ledger (GL) accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Verify and validate transporter invoices for freight, handling, and related charges.
• Review customer orders for correct cost allocation and alignment with commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, customs regulations, GST guidelines, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Work extensively on SAP (SD / MM / FI modules) for order processing, dispatch tracking, invoice verification, and reconciliation.
• Support internal and external audits (ICFR, GST, IFRS, CFA, and other statutory audits) by providing reconciliations, data, and documentation.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls related to dispatch, logistics, and accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit trails of all dispatch and shipping activities.
• Communicate effectively with overseas customers, freight forwarders, and customs officials, ensuring smooth resolution of queries and shipment issues.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen compliance.
