Senior Associate, Pharma Commercial Operations

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to support the design and implementation of incentive compensation plans. This individual will work closely with clients to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop goal-setting frameworks and implement effective incentive compensation admin processes.
Analyze sales data using SQL and advanced Excel skills to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement call planning and targeting strategies to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business or Life Sciences.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies.

Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
