Job Description
- Develop and implement national-level collection strategies to maximise recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyse collection metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all collection activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and other stakeholders.
- Train and guide regional collection teams to achieve performance targets.
- Review and optimise collection processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve high-value or complex cases effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
