Responsibilities
Core :
- Analyze User Requirement Specifications (URS) to clarify project scope : feasible, standard, and out-of-scope elements.
- Provide full clarity to Project Manager on technical scope via project scope documents.
- Conduct site visits and line studies to identify key technical deliverables.
- Collect customer site details (dimensions, samples) for feasibility assessment.
- Perform feasibility / POC on customer samples using existing products.
- Conduct customer demos (standard products) and coordinate timelines with Operations.
- Take ownership of the region along with Service Team Lead to sustain customer relationships and ensure customer delight.
Internal Processes :
Prepare and share Change Requests (CR) for customized scope.Conduct impact analysis or gap analysis with respect to technical specifications.Prepare feasibility reports differentiating minor and major customizations.Estimate effort and duration from cross-functional teams (CFTs) for customized projects.Build quotations based on project scope.Share customer URS with internal teams along with initial analysis and comments.Coordinate feasibility / POC setup with Operations.Provide technical coordination with cross-functional teams for setup, materials, timelines, and deliverables.Participate in Order-to-Project handover (SoS meetings).Support project customization evaluation documents and functional specifications for NPD by Product Management.Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance standard product offerings.People Development :
Promote cross-functional teamwork among associates.Provide inputs for enhancing skill sets of associates as required.Skills Required
