Software QA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled

QA Automation Engineer

with strong Python scripting expertise, solid debugging skills, and hands-on experience in automation testing. The role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing regression tests, and collaborating closely with QA and Development teams to ensure high-quality product releases. Knowledge of

L2 / L3 networking

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

Enhance existing automation setups for better efficiency, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.

Execute test automation, analyze results, and provide clear reporting.

Collaborate with QA / Dev teams to reproduce and debug issues.

Participate in test planning, scripting, execution, and defect management.

Document automation code and processes for future reference.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field).

Experience : 4–8 years in QA automation.

Strong hands-on experience with

Python

(mandatory).

Exposure to

Selenium, Cucumber ; knowledge of

Ansible, JMeter

is a plus.

Experience with

UI and REST API automation

(preferred).

Good knowledge of

wired networking / L2-L3 protocols

is desirable.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with QA methodologies, version control, and defect management tools.

Experience working in both

Windows and Linux

environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
