About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer—Laravel to work onour largest and most critical product. This is a high-priority role where you will take ownership of backend architecture, scalability, and code quality while mentoring other developers.

You’ll collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and product teams to build secure, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Laravel 10+
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
• Translate business requirements into clean technical solutions
• Optimize databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and queries
• Implement best practices for authentication, authorization, caching, and queues
• Write unit, feature, and integration tests (TDD preferred)
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Work in an Agile / Scrum environment
