About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile 2D Character Animator & Rigger who can bring characters to life through expressive animation and precise rig setups. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for motion, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround times. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure characters move fluidly and consistently with the project’s visual style.

Responsibilities

• Design and build 2D character rigs (cut-out or bone-based) suitable for smooth animation.
• Create high-quality character animations that capture personality, expression, and believable motion.
• Execute minute detailing work, including facial expressions, secondary actions, and motion refinements.
• Collaborate with the art and production teams to ensure rigs meet animation and storytelling requirements.
• Maintain consistency of style across all animated sequences.
• Manage tight timelines and deliver polished output with quick turnarounds.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on animations or rigs as needed.
