Trampoline Kidswear is a leading children’s funwear brand catering to ages 0–16 years, known for stylish, comfortable, and affordable apparel. We are expanding rapidly across Ajio, Firstcry, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra , and strengthening our own Shopify D2C website .
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (E-commerce) with a primary focus on Amazon . The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of our Amazon business — from product listings and AMS campaigns to pricing, SEO, and data analytics — while also managing our Shopify website and other marketplace operations.
This is a growth-driven role requiring a strategic thinker who can independently plan, execute, and scale Trampoline’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations end-to-end — listings, catalogs, pricing, inventory, claims, and promotions.
- Plan and execute Amazon growth strategies using AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) , sponsored ads , and keyword optimization to drive visibility and sales.
- Analyze Amazon PI (Performance Indicators) – CR, ACOS, CTR, ROI, and keyword performance – and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure high content health, A+ listings and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Coordinate with Amazon category managers for deals, events, and brand promotions.
- Build and manage Trampoline’s Shopify website – product upload, SEO, banners, collections, and analytics.
- Handle 1–2 additional marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio) as required, ensuring smooth operations and sales growth.
- Monitor pricing and competitor performance;
plan discount strategies and promotional calendars.
Coordinate internally with the design, content, and logistics teams for product launches and deliveries.Track and report daily / weekly sales, traffic, and campaign metrics to management.Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or E-commerce.Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts end-to-end.Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central , AMS campaigns , PI metrics , and SEO keyword optimization .Prior experience with Shopify (store setup, maintenance, and analytics).Hands-on experience managing catalog uploads, A+ content, and brand store pages.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-based decision-making ability.Knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub / Myntra Partner Portal is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Why Work With Us :
