We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager from the retail industry to drive capability building and talent development across our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement effective L&D strategies and training programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and ensure impactful learning outcomes.

Requirements :

  • 5–14 years of experience in Learning & Development within retail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • 💰 CTC : Up to ₹35–40 LPA
