Project Overview
Our World Energy (OWE), a fast-growing solar energy company with 750+ employees, is preparing to launch a new CRM system build (estimated 8–16 months). To support this initiative, we are seeking a CRM Implementation Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor.
The consultant will assess OWE's current processes, guide leadership in selecting the right CRM solution, and develop a roadmap for successful implementation. This is not only about vetting vendors, it's about deeply understanding OWE's business needs and helping us choose and adopt a platformthat can serve us for years to come.
Scope of Work - The consultant will :
- Conduct a businessneeds assessment across key departments.
- Advise leadership on CRM platform selection aligned with scalability and long-term goals.
- Develop a high-level implementation roadmap (timeline, milestones, best practices).
- Provide training and guidance to ensure effective adoption.
- Support vendor evaluation, demos, and negotiations as needed.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform real-time adjustments to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security protocols post-implementation.
- Work closely with internal teams (IT, operations, finance) to gather requirements and ensure CRM solutions meet cross-functional needs.
