About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent that aligns with our company’s culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions (from sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
- Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and employee branding initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.What We Offer :
