Lead Vue.js Developer

Responsibilities :

1. Lead a team of Vue. js developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.

2. Architect and develop front-end solutions using Vue. js framework to meet project requirements.

3. Collaborate with UI / UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

4. Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

5. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

6. Ensure code quality through unit testing, automated testing, and continuous integration.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and Vue. js ecosystem.

8. Identify and address technical debt and areas for improvement in the codebase.

9. Participate in Agile / Scrum meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any blockers.

10. Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a Vue. js developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications built using Vue. js.

2. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in building responsive web applications.

3. Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex.

4. Proficiency in front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.

5. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming.

6. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

9. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
