Primary Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership.
• Develop and implement business strategy : Align O&M operations with company goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams : Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.
• Operational Oversight.
• Manage daily operations : Oversee O&M activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Monitor performance metrics : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
• Maintenance and Reliability.
• Develop maintenance strategies : Implement proactive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
• Ensure reliability : Focus on reliability-centered maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Safety and Compliance
• Ensure safety : Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, assets, and the environment.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
• Continuous Improvement.
• Identify areas for improvement : Analyze operations and maintenance processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement changes : Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Stakeholder Management
• Client relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Internal stakeholders : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align O&M operations with company goals
• Business Growth :
• Drive market expansion through OEM partnerships, new alliances, and diversification.
