Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the daily operational functions of MicroMitti. The COO will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and national expansion with a focus on process optimization, revenue growth, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership : Develop and implement scalable operational strategies to support rapid growth across multiple cities.

Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined processes for enhanced productivity and cost management.

Team Leadership : Build and lead high-performing operational teams across multiple locations, ensuring cohesive collaboration.

Revenue Growth : Drive revenue generation strategies in alignment with the company's business objectives.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal leadership.

Compliance Management : Ensure full adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

Performance Monitoring : Develop and monitor key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

National Expansion : Successfully establish operational presence in new cities within defined timelines.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in the PropTech, Real Estate Investment, or BFSI sectors.

Proven expertise in national-level team management and scaling operations.

Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.

Experience in revenue generation and operational excellence strategies.
