This role is for a Sales cum Operation Executive for India's leading FMCG Company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for a blend of sales and operational tasks , including lead generation , client relationship management , and logistics coordination .
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals, specifically focusing on the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Wheat Derivative Market .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Operations
Manage the order processing system , ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.Oversee logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of products.Prepare sales and operational reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduation.Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation .Ability to conduct market research .Experience in order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination .Proficiency in preparing sales and operational reports .Strong customer support skills.Skills Required
