Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer with strong expertise in Home Automation, security systems, and network installations. The ideal candidate will handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities across residential and commercial automation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Home Automation systems.
• Perform installation and servicing of DSC / Security Systems.
• Handle setup, wiring, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
• Work with networking components including routers, switches, access points, and structured cabling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation and security systems.
• Conduct periodic maintenance, testing, and system upgrades.
• Assist clients with product demonstrations, user guidance, and support.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and adhere to company service standards.

Requirements 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Home Automation service or installation roles. Strong knowledge of DSC / Security Systems, CCTV installation, and Networking. Experience in troubleshooting automation equipment and networking issues. KNX Home Automation knowledge is a strong advantage (good to have). Ability to read wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical manuals. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
