Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, analyze and improve business processes, and provide actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities include conducting data-driven analyses, communicating findings with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
• Familiarity with AI technologies and data integration methods is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
