Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Design Specialist at Sushma Cine Arts, located in Chennai. The Fashion Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and developing fashion designs, styling fashion shoots and shows, working with textiles, and sewing garments. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing design ideas, creating sketches, pattern making, draping, digitalizing, selecting fabrics, coordinating with production teams, and overseeing the final production of garments. Collaboration with other departments and ensuring that designs meet brand guidelines and market trends is essential.

• Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, and Textiles skills
• Graphic Design skills
• Sewing skills
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience and interested in the luxury fashion brand
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
