Your Role

Own ML infra end-to-end : data → model → production

Work on LLMs, embeddings, feedback loops, decision engines

Rapid prototyping, user-driven iteration

Push boundaries of AI agents in marketing

You Bring

3–5 yrs ML engineering (Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, LLM APIs)

Built & shipped ML systems (not just notebooks)

Comfort with ambiguity, love for zero→one building

Bonus

Agent systems / reasoning frameworks

Ecommerce or martech exposure

Interest in design / UX
