We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to guide, motivate, and supervise a high-performing team within our US third-party collections process. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure workflow efficiency, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. This role serves as the key link between management and team members—ensuring goals are met, compliance is maintained, and a positive, collaborative culture is fostered.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Business Delivery
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with US collections laws and regulations, including FDCPA .
- Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial support.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, objectives, and organizational changes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring adherence to deadlines and SOPs.
- Monitor team performance to ensure collection targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement impactful solutions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Team Management

Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a US third-party collections environment.Proven experience in operations management or team leadership in a fast-paced setting.Successful track record of achieving operational targets and driving improvements.Strong knowledge of the US collections cycle and collection pyramid.Deep understanding of FDCPA and relevant state laws.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Experience using collections software and reporting tools.📩 How to Apply
