Work with international teams and clients across the US market Evening shifts (5 : 30 PM – 2 : 00 AM IST) for better work-life balance Develop expertise in compliance, contracts, and operational support Be part of a collaborative and growing India team See your work make a real impact globally Key Responsibilities Handle candidate compliance : RTW checks, insurances, background checks, and references Issue and update client and candidate contracts Maintain the Admin Inbox and ensure data accuracy across systems Support onboarding and documentation for US candidates Coordinate travel arrangements and general administrative tasks Assist with reporting, process improvements, and team goals Requirements 1+ year of experience in administration or a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Nice to Have Familiarity with compliance processes or recruitment operations Experience working with international teams or clients Exposure to CRM or timesheet systems Ready to grow your career in a dynamic, people-focused workplace?
