Duostones is a U.S.-based fine jewelry brand specializing in elegant, timeless designs crafted with precision and creativity. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Position Overview

As our Social Media Manager & Content Strategist, you will oversee and grow Duostones’ social media accounts by developing content strategies, coordinating with our creative team, and implementing innovative ideas to engage and expand our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts for the brand.

Plan, organize, and execute content calendars in coordination with the content creation team.

Develop fresh, creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to optimize performance.

Track, analyze, and report on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to leverage them for brand growth.

Demonstrated success in social media management or content strategy projects.

Ability to think creatively and align content with brand identity.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Work Location

This is a work-from-home position open to candidates based in Jaipur, India .

The role is primarily remote, but may require an occasional in-person visit (about once a month) to our office for team coordination.

Salary

We are offering a monthly compensation of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 , based on experience and skills.
