Infosys group headquarters is looking for experienced experts to join the Global Compensation and Benefits portfolios. Positions are at Mid-management to SME level. Individuals must be motivated to work in fast-paced teams that interact with leadership and shape company policy.
Executive Remuneration Portfolio -
- Managing all aspects of Total Rewards to group level Top Executives of the firm
- Annual Total Rewards Revision from joining to retirement including Performance linked LTI, RSU / PSU grant, Board reporting, and other Regulatory reporting
- Extensive coordination with Company Secretary, Nominations and Remunerations Committee, Top Leadership for Budgeting, Nominations, Approvals, Analysis, direction and steer
Stocks Portfolio -
Managing Annual RSU / PSU grant cycle – starting from Budgeting to Vesting, and post vesting reportingManaging Executive RSU, PSU grantsRegulatory Reporting related to Stocks and OptionsPrimary responsibilities will include -
Designing Compensation structures, Long-term and Short-term incentive programs, aimed at achieving specific outcomesEstablishing linkages between compensation and performance-based outcomesDesign and deployment of large-impact reward programsFinancial impact analysis and scenario-buildingDigitization for improved program implementationBenchmarking reward programs with market intelligence to remain ahead of Industry curveWhat are we looking for in the candidate -
Educational and Experience requirements -
MBA from a Top Business school.5 – 8 years of core Compensation domain experience in (preferably in similar organizations)Desirable requirements -
Candidates should have relevant experience in the field of C&B as described aboveMust possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to navigate MS Excel modelling with easeAbility to engage with a variety of stakeholders and must be able to operate independently, and work together with teams.
