Practice Head – F&A (UK & US Markets)

We are inviting applications for the role of Practice Head – F&A (UK & US Markets) .

This is a niche functional leadership role responsible for managing a large team of F&A, Underwriting, and Claims professionals supporting a global Specialty P&C insurance and reinsurance service provider across UK and US markets .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage F&A, Underwriting, and Claims operations across RI, INS, Delegated Authority, R2R, I2C, P2P, FP&A, Tax, and Statutory Reporting for Assumed and Ceded operations.
• Drive transformation initiatives and operational excellence while growing business with clients.
• Implement tech and data analytics-enabled operations on transaction / outcome commercials.
• Manage client relationships independently, up to CXO levels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous performance improvement and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, Digital, Transformation, Service Line, and Transitions.
• Identify and address performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Support new deal processes including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization.
• Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L management.
