Job descriptionBE / BTech with at least 12 years of experience in senior technology roles. Strong understanding of KYC challenges, payment compliance requirements, and data privacy standards. Disciplined, timeline-driven approach with working knowledge of at least one project management tool. Prior experience with banks, payment systems, or gateway companies is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Familiarity with modern technologies, including AI-based tools, is an advantage. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage large teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the leadership team on technology strategy and ensure seamless execution of the company's vision.
- Build and refine processes that improve the speed and quality of technology deployments.
- Lead a large, multi-functional technology team while maintaining structure, discipline, and measurable performance standards.
- Strengthen and evolve SaaS workflows to ensure smooth integration for clients, along with driving new SaaS innovations.
- Oversee technology initiatives that align with business goals and support long-term growth.
- Deeply understand payment workflows, risk areas, and opportunities for increased profitability.
- Bring fresh ideas that add meaningful value to both merchants and the ecosystem around them.
