About the role :
This is a full-time, internal corporate position working with Horizontal Talent Staffing in our Bengaluru (Bengaluru) office. As a Lead focused with a strong presence in the Contract Staffing and Product Hiring, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing customized workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business / Revenue growth and market share goals for assigned accounts.
- Experience in C2H / Contract to hire is necessary.
- Experience Managing Enterprise IT customers and Product Hiring.
- Communicate and prioritize client requirements, provide business solutions partnering with Recruiting Team to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives while meeting the company’s strategic business goals.
- Stake Holder Management and Team handling
- Generating leads through contacts with existing client managers for upcoming positions / projects and activities at the client end and delivering them.
- Negotiate contracts and bill rates with client managers to obtain consistent gross margin objectives.
- Qualifying leads through research and making initial client contact; tracking and developing leads into viable business opportunities.
- Maintaining excellent business relationships, closing deals, and driving elevated levels of customer satisfaction and retention by estimating partner's needs, expectations, and goals.
Minimum Requirements :
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the technology industry.Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, including software engineering, data science, IT, or related fields.Minimum 4 Years experience into Contract staffing / C2H is mandatory.Minimum 1 year client facing, and team handling experience is needed.Experience with VMS tools is added advantage.Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top technical talent using a variety of recruitment methods.Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates' technical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent in a competitive market.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Professional certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, Recruiter) are a plus.The above description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
